YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, THAT'S A PROMISE

“Runnin Ref is an amazing company that assists me and my fellow referee  at Ref Masters in nutrition stretching and post game recovery. Austin is a true professional; he took his time out to work with each referee in spite of the high volume of Referees and games that were going on during the camp."

MOST PREPARED I'VE EVER BEEN

"The training program has been amazing getting me more prepared for the season physically.

In the past I have run and lifted, done speed drills, but this program is tailored to help my body be more prepared for the moves and recovery that I need for an officiating season

I am no longer just going to the gym and doing the same things over and over again but now I have a more focused and effective plan for my training.

With this training I am the most prepared physically for a football season I have been. "

THE PROGRAM REVOLUTIONIZED HOW I TRAIN

“I can’t say enough positive things about Austin and Runnin Ref. The program revolutionized the way I train and the way I recover.

Whether I made progress or experienced setbacks Austin was there to cheer me on, and make sure my program reflected my unique needs.”

Andrew A.

SIMPLE YET THOROUGH

"The most impressive thing about this program is that it is specifically designed for Officials and varies throughout the off-season to have you in peak performance when the season starts.

The science behind the varying levels of intensity as you approach the season is key for injury prevention and the demands of a full season.  Coach Austin’s program is simple to understand and follow, yet very thorough.

Austin's subject knowledge is evident every step of the way and pairing his coaching with the app sets this apart from others."

LUCKILY, I WAS INTRODUCED TO AUSTIN

"Last offseason, I had a goal to be get in the best shape of my career before the season started.

Luckily, I was introduced to Austin by a fellow official.

Austin changed the way I thought about working out and preparing for the season. I had always worked out and ran but I had never done officiating specific workouts. Austin developed workouts that were designed to mimic the way Officials move on the field (shuffles, back pedals, flipping your hips out of a back pedal, etc.).

He helped me develop a pre-game warm up routine that I did before every game. Working with Austin is the main reason I felt my best going into last season. I highly recommend these workouts to any official who’s looking to improve the way they move and feel on the field!"

Jack A.

IMPROVED FLEXIBILITY

"Runnin Ref has helped me with my off-season training. The app's approach to workouts with both flexibility and strength training, has helped me achieve a stronger body.

The change in my flexibility has been the most beneficial. I am very grateful for the effective and user-friendly approach to the workouts."

Chris C.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS

“I have always worked toward making my conditioning program applicable to my activities on the field.

Runnin' Ref has done just that and more!  I cannot say enough good things about this program.”

... Each session is designed to enhance strength, endurance, and agility, which are crucial for officiating at a high level. The variety in the workouts keeps things interesting and challenging, ensuring that no two days are the same."

The duration of the workouts is perfect, striking a balance between being comprehensive and time-efficient. I appreciate that the sessions are long enough to be effective but short enough to fit into my hectic schedule. The app's structure allows me to maximize my training without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

Going into this football season, I feel better than I have in the last 8 to 10 years. The consistent training has significantly improved my fitness levels, and I am more confident in my ability to keep up with the pace of the game. Runnin' Ref has truly transformed my approach to game readiness, and I highly recommend it to any official looking to elevate their performance on the field. As they say, let’s get to runnin’!"

MY CONDITIONING IS SO MUCH BETTER

"I have totally enjoyed your program.  I was hired at D1, women’s basketball this year, and my physical and mental conditioning is so much better.

I also work HS football and it helped with that as well. But again thanks for creating an awesome app for Officials."

Brad M.

THE SUPPORT FROM THE COMMUNITY IS INCREDIBLE

"Before I started with Runnin' Ref, I was struggling to maintain the physical stamina needed to keep up on the field. I was always gassed by the second half, and it was affecting both my performance and confidence as an official.

Since joining the program, I've seen a huge transformation in my fitness level. The workouts are designed specifically for referees, and they’ve helped me build endurance, speed, and agility in ways that traditional training programs just didn’t. I love that the program incorporates real game scenarios, so I'm not just Runnin aimlessly—I'm training with purpose.

What really stands out about Runnin' Ref is the focus on referee-specific training. I've tried generic fitness programs in the past, but they never quite hit the mark. This program is tailored to our unique needs, and the support from the community has been incredible. It’s something I haven’t found anywhere else.

If you're serious about improving your performance as a referee, this is the program for you!"

RUNNIN REF TRULY CARES ABOUT YOU

"What sets Austin and Runnin Refs apart from other programs is that he truly cares about you, and will do everything in his power to help you succeed!

And when he says to reach out and he'll help you he means it! Austin has figured out that soccer referees are a unique group "meaning that we don't really have an off season, " so he's working with me and my schedule to create the perfect  program just for me!

I just finished my high school boys soccer season, and for the first time in 10 years of reffing I don't have lower back pain when I'm working, and he helped me manage my Achilles tendonitis so that I could work without being in excruciating pain!

I can't say enough about how great the program, and working with Austin is, but just know that you won't find anyone that will give you the time, attention, and support that you will receive from Runnin Refs!

Thank you Austin for helping me become the best ref that I can be!!!

A COMPLETE 180 FROM WHERE I WAS

"Training is going well. My achilles is feeling strong and I'm in shape with a month to go before camp begins. A complete 180 from this time a year ago."

Justin O.

AUSTIN IS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE

"I have been on the program for three months, and I am enjoying everything about it so far. The workouts are compact enough to fit into my busy work schedule with enough flexibility to change things as needed.

I particularly enjoy the technique work, as I have never had formal training on Runnin form in other programs.

Austin is extremely responsive to questions and feedback, including helping me modify the program when I did pick up an injury this fall. I would recommend this program for any official looking for more sport-specific training!"

Dallon P.

REVOLUTIONIZED THE WAY I TRAIN

THIS PROGRAM WILL KEEP YOU GOING FOR YEARS

"If you are a Official at any capacity and you want to get better, you want to look better on the court, you want to feel better on the court, this is the program to keep you going for years to come.

It will keep you healthy, keep you in shape, keep you away from injuries, and help you get to whatever level you want to be at."

Derek L.

WILL NEVER QUESTION AUSTIN AGAIN

"So today I went to PT for the first time, as instructed by the Orthopedist. Keeping in mind I never mentioned to him that I work with your program or had mentioned my back to you...In a world where we put the trust of our health and fitness into the hands of people we rarely come across - be it you, another training program, or something else - there can sometimes be some risk in that. Needless to say, I shall never question the health & fitness advice you offer me."
