REAL OFFICIALS. REAL RESULTS.

"Finally injury free!"

This is my first season in over five, in which I did not sustain an injury during the season and felt fully prepared for each game. I have tried many other training programs throughout my 12 seasons of D1 officiating, but this program helped me prepare and maintain my performance.

"Simple yet thorough!"

The most impressive thing about this program is that it is specifically designed for Officials and varies throughout the off-season to have you in peak performance when the season starts. It's simple to understand and follow, yet very thorough.

"Why I felt my best!"

Austin developed workouts that were designed to mimic the way Officials move on the field/court (shuffles, back pedals, flipping your hips out of a back pedal, etc.). This is the main reason I felt my best going into last season. I highly recommend these this!

"My flexibility is better!"

Runnin Ref has helped me with my off-season training. The app's approach to workouts with both flexibility and strength training, has helped me achieve a stronger body. The change in my flexibility has been the most beneficial. I am very grateful for the effective and user-friendly approach to the workouts.

"Most prepared I've been!"

I am no longer just going to the gym and doing the same things over and over again but now I have a more focused and effective plan for my training. With this training I am the most prepared physically for a season I have been.

"Best I've felt in 8 years!"

Going into this season, I feel better than I have in the last 8 to 10 years. The consistent training has significantly improved my fitness levels on and off the field. I am more confident in my ability to keep up with the pace of the game!

6 REASONS TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL

1. We're talking BASKETBALL-specific here.

Generic Gym workout plans don't work for the Officials of the game. We design a new plan for you every week based on the movements you need in-game - stopping, starting, shuffling, crossing over, etc.

2. MORE THAN running. It's strength & conditioning too.

While we may be the Runnin' Refs, we're about holistic fitness here. Access pre-game warm ups, strength-training, mobility, and endurance routines.

3. X-tra FOCUS ON Warm-ups & injury prevention.

Getting hurt sucks no matter who you are on the court. You'll get access to full warm-up routines and movements that will keep you injury-free so your Achilles, knees, and back are always feeling strong.

4. Use on any device in any place.

Our mobile app can be accessed from any Apple or Google device. Use your phone at the field, tablet in the garage, and even TV in the living room - whatever works for you!
